Refund Policy

Thank you for using Cryptostream! We strive to deliver a seamless and enjoyable streaming experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully.


1. Subscriptions (e.g., Premium Membership)

  • Free Trials: If you cancel during your free trial period, you will not be charged, and no refund is necessary.

  • Monthly/Annual Plans:

    • If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, and you will not be refunded for the remaining time.

    • Partial refunds are not issued unless required by law.

  • Unintentional Charges: If you believe you were charged by mistake, you must request a refund within 7 days of the charge.

? Tip: To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before the next billing date.


2. Pay-Per-View & Rentals

  • You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if you haven't started streaming the content.

  • If the content is defective (e.g., doesn't play), you may request a refund within 7 days, provided you haven't finished watching it.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account details, purchase ID, and reason for the refund.

  3. Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • User dissatisfaction with content after full consumption

  • Technical issues caused by user’s device or connection

  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service


5. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable law.
