Welcome to Cryptostream ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile apps, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You retain ownership of any videos, comments, or other content (“User Content”) you upload or submit to the Service. However, by uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, and display your content on the Service.

You retain ownership of your content. However, you are solely responsible for it.

You agree not to upload or stream any content that:

• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights,

• Contains hate speech, harassment, or harmful content,

• Promotes illegal activity or violates any law,

• Contains sexually explicit material (unless permitted under specific guidelines).

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

4. Platform Content

All content provided by Cryptostream (e.g., original content, featured videos, artwork, UI) is owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission,

• Bypass any DRM or content protections,

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our Community Guidelines,

• Use the Service for harassment, spamming, or misleading behavior,

• Upload content you don’t have the right to share,

• Use our trademarks or branding without approval, or

• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform's functionality or security.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Service (excluding User Content) are owned or licensed by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our permission.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features (such as Premium subscriptions or pay-per-view) may require payment. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees,

• Provide accurate billing information,

• Allow recurring charges if using a subscription model.

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Ads Monetization

We may display ads on videos and other areas of the Service. If eligible, creators may access monetization features in accordance with our Monetization Policy. We reserve the right to modify or remove these features at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or hack the Service,

• Use bots or automated systems to access the platform,

• Harvest personal data from other users,

• Upload malware or harmful code,

• Use the Service for spamming, phishing, or abusive behavior.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• We are not liable for content uploaded by users or third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptostream and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits, or

• Service interruptions or technical issues.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms and revise the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.
